Direct Support Professional (DSP) $250.00 signing bonus upon completion of probationary period.


If you are looking for a fun and rewarding job helping individuals reach their maximum potential; Families Matter, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our Community Supports program for high-functioning special needs adults. DSPs provide direct support via a community based day-program, which help them achieve specific goals and increased independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community they live in. Tasks include, but, are not limited to direct supervision over clients during operating hours; this supervision may be in the location of the program or out in the community, provide habilitation service as outlined in the Plan of Care, and daily detailed documentation. We provide competitive wages commensurate to the applicant’s experience.

Must be 18 years of age and older – A clean driving record - Basic computer skills - A pre-hire criminal background check is required. DSP, MANDT, CPR & BBP certification is preferred. No experience is necessary and Families Matter, Inc will pay for the cost of all needed certifications.
