Meet Your Assistant Director

Erica Poulin has served as Assistant Director of our Gardiner location for over 19 years, bringing her passion for creating an honest, kind environment while promoting independence and community involvement for each individual. A lifelong advocate who began volunteering with Special Olympics at age 11, Erica continues to seek new growth opportunities for those she serves. “I truly feel that my career here at Families Matter has been purposeful and inspirational on so many levels,” says Erica.

Administrative Office Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
