Meet Your Assistant Director
Jane Lerette has served as Program Director at our Hallowell location for over 22 years, bringing both professional expertise and personal understanding from growing up alongside a family friend with Down syndrome. Known for her steady leadership and ability to find joy in challenging moments, Jane oversees daily operations while ensuring each individual receives personalized, goal-focused support. “Every day at Families Matter reminds me why this work matters—it’s seeing someone master a new skill, make a friend, or simply light up when they walk through our doors,” says Jane.
