Meet Your Assistant Director
Debra Wells has served as Assistant Director at our Waterville location for 15 years, bringing 22 years of total management experience in developmental services to her role overseeing program quality and mentoring direct care staff. With an associate degree in social services and specialized certifications in developmental and behavioral health, Debra maintains a person-centered approach while balancing operational efficiency with compassionate care. “What drives me every day is knowing that we’re not just providing a service—we’re creating a place where people truly belong and thrive,” says Debra.
